ABSTRACT
The labor fragility of the productive systems have been altering
the functioning of the business markets during the last years which
give rise to situations that have transformed the productive systems
and that in turn have changed the labor scenario which has
determined that the governments have seen the need to implement
labor-related measures in accordance with the primacy of reality in
order to face the functioning of the market, preventing the normal
development of business activity from taking place with situations
that may result in the fabrics of The Networks Businesses may fall
into excesses during their business year, thereby causing fraud and
circumvention of labor laws.
In the present analysis we will give an economic approach of labor
court about the treatment given to the "Entrepreneurial Networks"
to focus on the different aspects that over the years
