RESUMEN
La presente investigación busca determinar los aspectos
regulatorios que sustentan la labor de fedatario informático en
la regulación peruana en un ámbito iusinformático a fin de
facilitar el quehacer intelectual de los operadores del derecho
en pleno siglo XXI en un contexto de fe pública en medios
electrónicos. El trabajo de investigación pretende realizar un
aporte entorno a las relaciones sistémicas sobre la
participación del fedatario informático en los tiempos
modernos a partir de la regulación peruana. Por la escases de
trabajos sobre el particular se busca dar a conocer el marco
regulatorio vinculado con el quehacer iusinformático del dador
de fe pública en contextos físicos y electrónicos.

ABSTRACT
The present investigation seeks to determine the regulatory
aspects that sustain the work of a cibernotary in the peruvian
regulation in an iusinformático field in order to facilitate the
intellectual task of the operators of law in the XXI century in a
context of public faith in electronic media. The research work
aims to make a contribution to the systemic relations on the
participation of cibernotary in modern times from the Peruvian
regulation. Due to the lack of work on the subject, the aim is to
raise awareness of the regulatory framework linked to the
iusinformatic task of the public faith giver in physical and
electronic contexts.
