RESUMEN: La red internet avanza e influye cada día más
en la sociedad y en el Derecho. Dicho avance e influencia
no son lineales, sino mediante desarrollos que permiten
identificar hasta cinco diferentes “generaciones web”. La
influencia de las dos primeras generaciones web puede ser
presentada y analizada, observándose que ofrece ventajas y
riesgos que interesan a la teoría y a la práctica del Derecho
y a nuestro futuro como sociedad.

ABSTRACT: The Internet is progressing and increasingly
influencing society and the law. Such advances and
influence are not linear, but through developments that
allow to identify up to five different "web generations". The
influence of the first two generations of the web can be
presented and analyzed, noting that it offers advantages
and risks that interest the theory and practice of law and our
future as a society.

1. IDEAS PRELIMINARES
El derecho y la internet son dos sustantivos que se han
encontrado para no separarse. ¿Cuál es la relación existente
entre ambos?, ¿marchan acaso por confluyentes caminos?
¿Hacia dónde nos lleva su coincidente paso?.
