RESUMEN
La labor interpretativa y la aplicación de los criterios
interpretativos se realiza con la intención de conseguir “una
interpretación correcta” en la teoría del derecho, derechos
humanos, derecho constitucional, derecho internacional; en
buena cuenta, en todas las ramas del derecho.
En ese contexto, se presenta una aproximación respecto de que
se entiende por interpretar y la importancia que la interpretación
reviste, así como los criterios interpretativos en el quehacer
jurídico, estableciendo la especificidad de la interpretación
constitucional, así como los criterios de interpretación de los
documentos internacionales.

ABSTRACT:
The interpretive work and the application of the interpretative
criteria is carried out with the intention of achieving "a correct
interpretation" of the theory of law, human rights, constitutional
law, international law; in fact, of all the branches of law.
In this context, an approximation is presented regarding what is
meant by interpreting and the importance of interpretation as
well as the interpretative criteria in the juridical task
establishing the specificity of the constitutional interpretation,
as well as the criteria of interpretation of the international
documents.
