RESUMEN

En el presente artículo, hemos relacionado la actividad
minera con los Derechos Humanos, ya que estos buscan
salvaguardar los derechos fundamentales de las personas
ante los diversos impactos sociales, económicos,
laborales, ambientales y a la salud, producto de la
actividad minera formal, informal e ilegal. El Perú es un
país minero por excelencia, ante esa vocación que se
viene dando por arraigo histórico, hemos realizado este
artículo interaccionando la problemática que se vive
actualmente en una zona de nuestro territorio – Madre de
Dios en la que se ven afectado seriamente los derechos
fundamentales de la persona.

ABSTRACT

In the present article, we have related the mining activity
with the Human Rights, since these seek to safeguard the
fundamental rights of the people before the diverse
social, economic, labor, environmental and health
impacts, product of the formal, informal and illegal. Peru

that has been given by historical roots, we have made this
